Fellow products purchased from Blagu Vietnam are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. This is a limited warranty — covering manufacturing defects only, not damage from misuse or natural wear.

Frequently asked questions
Stagg EKG not heating up?
Check that the power cord is properly connected and the outlet has power. Try resetting by unplugging for 30 seconds then reconnecting. Ensure you have the 220V version (110V versions are incompatible with Vietnamese power). If still not working, contact Blagu Vietnam for support.
Ode/Opus grinder jamming?
Power off, turn grind setting to coarsest, try powering on again. If still jammed, remove hopper and gently push stuck beans with a wooden or plastic stick — never metal. See detailed video guide: How to unjam your Ode.
How to clean burrs?
Fellow recommends cleaning every 2-4 weeks. Power off, remove hopper, twist out the burr, use a dry brush to clean. Never use water. Video guide: How to clean Ode burrs.
How does Fellow warranty work?
Fellow products purchased from Blagu Vietnam are covered by the manufacturer's policy. Fellow warranty is a limited warranty — covering manufacturing defects only, not damage from misuse, drops, or natural wear. Bring your product and purchase receipt to a Blagu showroom for inspection and processing.
Replacement parts?
Some replacement parts are available through Blagu Vietnam: Ode burrs, grinds knocker, Stagg Dripper filters, Carter lids. However, not all components are replaceable — Fellow designs some parts as non-removable or non-serviceable. Contact us to check availability for specific parts.
Do Fellow products work with Vietnamese power?
Yes. Fellow electric products (Stagg EKG, Aiden) sold by Blagu Vietnam are compatible with the 220V/50Hz standard. Note: parallel-imported US versions may be 110V — incompatible and not covered by warranty.
