Do not panic. A jammed grinder is not broken -- it usually means the grind was set too fine or the beans carried some moisture. This is normal, and the fix is simpler than you think.
Power off. Turn the grind setting to the coarsest. Power on. If still stuck, remove the hopper and gently dislodge trapped beans with a wooden or plastic stick. Never use metal -- the burrs are sensitive. Once cleared, run a few grams at a coarse setting and gradually adjust.
